All Bluestem & Moss pieces are handmade and packaged with care. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. I will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Natural Materials & Variations

Each piece is made using preserved moss and other natural materials. Variations in color, texture, shape, and arrangement are normal and are part of what makes every piece unique.

Items may differ slightly from photographs.

Care Instructions

Preserved moss requires no watering.

To help your piece last as long as possible:

• Keep indoors.

• Avoid direct sunlight.

• Avoid excessive humidity.

• Do not water or mist.

• Handle gently, as natural materials can be delicate.
